Seven reasons of Constant Fatigue & Difficulty Concentrating

Tiredness is only one aspect of fatigue. In addition to making it difficult to get out of bed in the morning, fatigue can make it difficult to complete everyday chores. Although there are differences between the two types of exhaustion, they frequently coexist. Physical tiredness that occurs frequently can eventually cause mental fatigue.
A Diet high in Sugar
Your energy levels surge when you consume a lot of sugar all at once.
Your energy then abruptly drops. Overall, your state of fatigue is worse than it would have been had you only consumed a tiny amount. You can still consume sugar, only in moderation.
Poor Sleep
A solid 7-8 hours of sleep can improve your focus more than any medication. In fact, if you’ve been awake for longer than 17 hours, you’re considered legally intoxicated. Stop torturing your body and mind. Make a point of getting a good night’s sleep.
Overworking or Burnout
More working hours don’t necessarily mean that more work gets done. Your brain’s capacity for concentration abruptly drops after a certain point. Don’t overwork oneself to the point of burnout; instead, give yourself permission to take breaks.
Saying “YES” to everything
Notifications alone are not distractions. Anything preventing you from engaging work is one of them. Set 3 projects that will help you get closer to your goals each day. Wait until those 3 things are finished before allowing yourself to work on anything else.
Perfectionism
More perfectionism = Less productivity. Energy is wasted trying to make the result perfect. No matter how hard you work, nothing will turn out perfectly. Stop trying to be flawless and start improving
Be a risk-taker – Iterate – Improve.
Repeating Tasks
Automate some tasks now. Use Zapier anywhere you can. Instead of combing through emails, use email filters. Rather than manually adding repeating activities, use repeating calendar events. A quick-and-easy investment that will yield returns for many years.
Not being Peaceful
Stop following gurus who advise you to work nonstop. For your muscles to grow back stronger, they must have time to heal. Your brain operates on the same principles. Make time each day for activities that will help you unwind and refresh.
Even while everyone has off days where they feel wiped out, it’s not natural to feel this way most of the time. Chronic stress, dietary shortages, sleep disorders, caffeine usage, and underlying medical issues are just a few of the many potential causes of chronic fatigue.
It’s crucial to discuss the source of your inexplicable fatigue and lack of concentration with your physician.
Once you determine the underlying cause(s) and make the necessary food and lifestyle changes, or obtain the proper treatment, your fatigue should frequently get better.
