Many people believe that money is the most important aspect of a business. But I disagree, it isn’t the most important, realistically, this is what I am telling you from my personal experience. First, win the trust and faith of the customers, the money will keep coming as one happy customer will get you two in return, Yes! This is the policy, try a stint at it and you will surely gain from my wisdom. Its time and tested.

At one time, you will crave for your customer’s faith, trust and the kind of belief he has in you. At that point of time, money would be secondary and it won’t count you as much as the pride your customer has in you! This is your real customer retention base.
